Recently TELUS approached an important milestone having successfully helped over 250,000 customers through their grass roots learning session program. They wanted to use this opportunity to build awareness and showcase their success. To achieve this, we created a script and set of interview questions along with a storyboard plan to capture an executive message from the SVP and VP; they expressed their vision for the customer experience and how the program ties into that vision.
We also captured exciting and heartwarming stories from the support teams, bringing an emotional tone to the video. The original music and video structure of the video was crafted to not only tell the story, but also emotionally connect with the audience; similar to how the program emotionally connected with its customers.
