MARSHALL FENN & BY THE BOOTH ENCOURAGE BURLINGTON TO JOIN THE J
Joseph Brandt Hospital called on the help of Marshall Fenn and By The Booth to produce a project for its community, actually featuring its community. Working with real people and taking direction from an original concept developed by Marshall Fenn, the Booth team ventured off to Burlington to encourage its residents to “Join The J”. Since the spot was intended to be shown in cinemas, particular attention was paid during the in-house sound design and colour grading sessions.
For instance the hospital’s logo, which was used as the production’s prop and common thread, was keyed separately from its environment in order to accentuate the brand’s colour. With its theatrical release, the Join The J project was a successful community outreach campaign bringing awareness to the hospital’s services.
